How to Solve Problem "flashresources.dll" is missing

-Right click on install Macromedia's Flash 8
-Select Run as administrator. Located under the open

-Select the Following user
-Choose a username and fill password


User who does not put a password on his account must first create one ..

How to create a password to the user account that is:

-Click start
-Select Control Panel
-Then select the User accounts

 
-Select the account you want to create a password, then

 

-Select Create a password
 

Then continue the installation as usual ..

I've tried it and managed to resolve the issue

-Klik kanan pada instalan Macromedia Flash 8

-Pilih Run as administrator. Terletak di bawah open

-Pilih the following user

-Pilih username dan isi password

User yang tidak mempassword account-nya harus membuatnya terlebih dahulu..
Cara membuat password pada user account yaitu :

-Klik start
-Pilih Control Panel
-Kemudian pilih User accounts

-Pilih akun yang ingin dibuat password, kemudian

 

-Pilih create a password

Kemudian lanjutkan proses penginstallan seperti biasa..
saya telah mencobanya dan berhasil mengatasi masalah tersebut
